This session is for people who are looking for another pair of eyes to check how healthy their business is.

Why would you want to do this?

Well, I guess you’ve heard the expression ‘I can’t see the wood for the trees’.

At some time or other we all suffer from this problem.

We get so caught up in all the day-to-day activities, that we lose sight of the big picture.

So, the point of this Health Check is to systematically work through all the different aspects of your business and see what is working and what needs attention.

So, what do you get for your money?

You get a 90-minute with me on a Zoom call, where I’ll take you through the following process.

We begin the process by looking at your business goals and documenting them.

We then move on to look at the major pain points that you are currently experiencing.

From here we figure out what are your priority areas and document them.

Finally, we do an in-depth scan of your business, using a very detailed questionnaire.

Once all this has been done, I’ll prepare for you a full report including a suggested action plan, and email it to you.

Once you have received the report, then you can email me any queries and if required we can set up another Zoom meeting to discuss your queries.
