You may not be looking to sell at this moment, but you should always have your business ready for a sale.

Because you never know when someone comes calling and wanting to buy.

This is what happened to me.

I wasn’t looking to sell, but the right buyer, with the right amount of money, came calling, so I sold.

The key was the business was fully prepared for a sale, even though I wasn’t looking to sell.

And as they say, ‘You can’t look a gift horse in the mouth’.

So, what do you get for your money in this session?

You get 90 minutes with me on a Zoom call, where I’ll take you through the following process.

We begin by looking at all the factors in the business that will impact its attractiveness.

Next, we look at the factors affecting the future performance of the business.

The next step is to look at the market factors that will affect the way a buyer determines its worth.

Lastly, we look at any other factors an investor will consider in their evaluation process.

Once this has been completed, I will put together a full report including a suggested action plan.

Once you have received the report, you can then email me any queries, and if required we can set up another Zoom meeting to discuss your queries.
